The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge is a resort situated in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Duke Hospitality, the hospitality management company that owns The Ridges, reached out to South Street Co. in late 2016 about forming a multi-year partnership to help them market and advertise The Ridges. The relationship began in March of 2017 and the two companies have worked closely to rebrand, reorganize and reimagine this resort property. Through an extensive market research and rebranding project South Street is developing the resort's new "look," marketing message and overall brand voice. Beyond these higher level efforts, SSCo is producing new print collateral, investing in the resorts presence on social media platforms and producing new creative content for use in traditional and digital advertising.
